October 15th, 2025

·         Deadline for special promotion on Show posters distributed to koi dealers and stores

·         Payment and logo image is due

January 15th, 2026

·         Booth space reservations completed

·         Payment for booth space is due

February 2nd, 2026

·         Advertising & Sponsorships must be paid by this date

·         Brochure ad copy deadline

·         Banner logo due for Major Sponsors

Friday, March 6th, 2026

·         Date for drop shipment delivery

·         Vendor setup and staging 1 pm to 5 pm

·         You can bring your fish in from 1 pm to 5 pm

·         If you are bringing koi to the Show for your customers, the owner of the fish MUST check-in personality between 1 pm and 5 pm.

Saturday, March 7th, 2026

·         Vendors can bring fish in from 7 am to 8:30 am

·         The Show opens to the public 9 am to 4 pm

·         Awards Banquet Social Mixer 5:30 pm

·         Awards Banquet Social Mixer 6:00 pm

Sunday, March 8th, 2026

·         Vendors can bring fish in from 7 am to 8:30 am

·         The Show is open to the public 9am to 2 pm

·         2 pm - teardown begins

·         6 pm - all product, material, and equipment must be gone from the Bing Crosby Hall
